Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company, whose wholly owned state chartered commercial bank is The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank (the Bank). The Bank offers a range of traditional banking services. The Bank has a personal and corporate trust department, and also provides alternative financial and insurance products with asset management services. The Bank's service area consists of the Borough of Dunmore and the surrounding communities within Lackawanna and Luzerne counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated 11 full-service banking offices, of which four were owned and seven were leased. The Company originates commercial and industrial (C&I), commercial real estate (CRE), residential mortgages, consumer, home equity and construction loans. The Bank's investment portfolio consisted of Mortgage-backed securities (MBS)-Government Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) residential, and state and municipal subdivisions.
